Oversea Freshmen Scholarship in SSCSU
School of Software Central South University provides freshmen scholarship to applicators in 2015.
Scholarship classes and amounts
First Class Scholarship: RMB10000 yuan
Second Class Scholarship: RMB8000 yuan
Third Class Scholarship: RMB5000 yuan
Application Requirements
a. Apply the English degree programs in School of Software Central South University
b. No criminal record
c. Good English skills.
d. Good health.
Application deadline: June to July 2015

2. Study in CSU application form
3. Passport Copy
4. Diploma
5. Transcript
6. Degree certification
7. Two Recommendation letters
8. Study plan in SSCSU（no less than 800 words)

Requirements for each scholarship class
The Scholarship Evaluation Committee in School of Software Central South University is in charge of the Oversea Freshmen Scholarship evaluation.
1. First class scholarship requirements
A. Apply the English degree programs in School of Software Central South University; B. Submit all required materials; C. Average grade is better than B+; (D Published one or more than one academic paper; E. Rewarded one or more than one national or international software or computational award; F. TOEFL is no less than 85 or IEITS is no less than 6.5; G. HSK 4.) (D-G requires at least one)
2. Second class scholarship requirement
A. Apply the English degree programs in School of Software Central South University; B. Submit all required materials; C. Average grade is better than B+.
3. Third class scholarship requirement
A. Apply the English degree programs in School of Software Central South University; B. Submit all required materials;
Note
1.The Oversea Freshmen Scholarship has no limitation of application number.
2.The money of the scholarship is used to pay the tuition, not given to the student directly. Other charges (the fees for VISA, insurance, physical examination, resident permission, accommodation etc.) are at student's own expenses.
3.This scholarship can only be applied by applicators who submit materials during June to July 2015.
